Yuki & Ling (pt2)

Continuation of the story of Yuki and Ling

Arriving at the palace, Yuki was immediately greeted by several servants who helped her to clean herself, and Yuki also told them to prepare her best dress for tomorrow, however she was still waiting for Ling's arrival tomorrow.

Ling left that place after his breakup with yuki, he was filled with confidence to have another chance to return to her. He had planned to return to the palace tomorrow to face Yuki's challenge. He couldn't wait to meet Yuki again and he kept repeating his plan in his head over and over again, hoping it would work.

The next day Ling found himself at yuki's place, he tried to remain calm but he felt his heartbeat increase as she got closer, he knew that things might not be as easy as he expected, yuki was a mysterious woman who could not be easy to read. He took the longest he could before he decided to go through the palace gates, he took a deep breath and looked around to make sure there was no one around before he went inside.

Yuki got the news that Ling had arrived at the palace, she immediately got ready to wear her clothes. when she walks to meet Ling, maybe Ling will be a little surprised because of her appearance, she doesn't wear a dress or beautiful clothes, instead she wears special battle clothes for her which she always wears to carry out missions outside the kingdom, Yuki walks gracefully by holding her older brother who Named Yuze, the man also has the same hair color as Yuki.

Ling's eyes widened when he saw Yuki wearing battle clothes, completely the opposite of what he imagined. All this time he imagined Yuki wearing a graceful and feminine dress, but instead he saw her wearing battle clothes which really showed how cool Yuki was. He was very entertained when he saw Yuki holding his older brother's hand, now he was even more excited to see what Yuki had planned for him.

Yuki stopped right in front of Ling, her gaze remained calm with a small, graceful smile, her long hair neatly arranged so that her face was clearly visible.

"We meet again Ling, are you ready?"

Ling smiled back at yuki as she looked into his eyes, he still felt a little nervous but he had to hide it. He tried his best to appear brave and calm. 

"Sure, I'm ready." He answered confidently.

Yuki then nodded while looking at Yuze. 

Yuze: "I am a representative from the entire palace to witness you, and at the same time be the judge here." 

Yuki just smiled when she heard her brother speak. 

Yuze: "Ling, the challenge is, you have to fight Yuki, using all your skills in using a sword, and to win, you have to give Yuki 3 cuts."

Ling gulped when he heard what the challenge was, it definitely caught him off guard, he thought he was going to experience a luxurious tea conversation with a graceful princess but instead went for a deadly sword fight. He took a deep breath and calmed himself down again, he couldn't believe Yuki wanted Ling to hurt her. Even though that was what she was challenging, he felt like it was some kind of trap but he didn't have the chance to think about it too much before answering. 

“An interesting challenge, I accept it.”

 He said confidently.

 And... will Ling really hurt Yuki?
